TERMS OF SALE

PRICING - Prices as published are subject to change without notice. The company reserves the right to accept and bill all orders at prices in effect at time of shipment. Prices are quoted with the understanding that such orders shall be subject to the acceptance of THE MIKE YOUNG TEAM LLC, upon such terms as the company may specify when order is received. The Company reserves the right to increase prices in the amount to cover any fuel sur-charges, sales tax, use or excise taxes imposed by any taxing authority upon its merchandise, or the sale or manufacture thereof.

QUOTATIONS - Project, job, or item quotations will be accepted within 30 days from date of quote, unless exception is noted on original quotation. Otherwise there may be a price adjustment.

TERMS AND DISCOUNTS - Minimum billing $50.00 Net. Terms of payment are 2%-15 days, Net 30 days. Interest and administration charges on past due invoices will be charged at the rate of 1-1/2% per month. No cash discount applies when ordering online.

FREIGHT ALLOWANCE - All products are shipped "plus freight." Merchandise is shipped at buyer's risk. Our responsibility for safe delivery ceases when goods have been received in good condition by the transportation company. Our company will use its own discretion in routing all shipments upon which it allows transportation costs. Shipments will be made in any manner requested upon customer's assumption of any additional transportation cost involved. Freight allowance adjustments and freight charges on non-freight allowed shipments will be based on actual weight as shipped.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS IN SHIPMENT - It is the responsibility of the consignee to file a claim with the transportation company in the event of lost or damaged merchandise. Immediately upon receipt of the shipment, the consignee should check very carefully for loss or damage and in the event such has occurred, should file a claim with the transportation company promptly.

CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES - The Mike Young Team LLC will not accept any claims for shortage of material unless such alleged shortage is reported to us at our principal office in Charlotte, NC within five days from receipt of shipment at destination.

LIQUIDATED DAMAGES - The Mike Young Team LLC is not, and will not be liable for liquidated damages.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNED GOODS POLICY - Orders are not cancelable except on payment for all costs incurred, engineering work performed, any special material purchased or commitments made on the part of The Mike Young Team LLC or 25% of the canceled order, whichever is greater. No returned goods will be allowed without prior WRITTEN permission from a qualified "Mike Young" representative. All returned goods must be standard stock items in saleable condition. Damaged goods require the customer to place a claim with the freight carrier.

WARRANTY - The Mike Young Team LLC products are warranted to be free of defective materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from delivery date. During that warranty period, should any parts prove defective, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge at The Mike Young Team’s discretion. This Warranty does not cover any damaged caused by accident, improper installation, or cost of repairs made or attempted outside the factory without written authorization from The Mike Young Team LLC. There are no other warranties implied or otherwise.
